Summary

This week on the YouTube channel we’ve been talking about how to say no and set up boundaries, but sometimes bellowing NO causes more stress than just doing the thing...or, doing the person. If you’re struggling with this concept, I’ll give you some practical real world examples of how to turn someone down, and why The Ick is a terrible byproduct of a boundary-less life! 💜GET “ESSSENTIALISM” 💜 https://amzn.to/2MuJBFN 💜READ MY BLOG 💜 https://shallon.substack.com 💜TUNE INTO XO RADIO 💜 https://stationhead.live.shallonxo 💜FOLLOW 💜 Insta/Twitter/TikTok @ShallonXO 💜ENJOYING IT? 💜 please rate and review this podcast!
