So that's the construction crew here at my rental apartment. But that's not why I'm here today. Here today to update you on some of the goings on in Central Vermont.

The police have been really busy.

It's been challenging time for law enforcement here in Vermont.

So I asked Scott Carrier to just give you a sampling of what we're facing as reported in the Barry

Mumpelier Times, Argus and the Lamoille County News and Citizen. Here's Scott.

Kids were swearing on Elm Street. On Berlin Street, a driver was having a panic attack. An arrow

landed next to someone on Downing Street. Police were unable to determine where it came from. A Brooklyn Street man was worried

about his drunk friend but didn't know his name. On Highgate Drive, a child was trying to get another child to smoke.

A couple was found cuddling in the back of a car parked after hours at People's Academy. A cat needed medical attention on Washington Street.

A Portland Street tenant complained the upstairs renter was banging around. A Johnson woman talked with

dispatch for 45 minutes about how her phone charger wasn't working, among other
