Poland. The frontier up against the Russian

Federation's aggression in Ukraine. Poland, a state that is a very center piece of the revival

of Eastern Europe these last decades since the end of the Soviet Union. Poland, which has really good food because I've been there a couple of times,

is also in the midst of a political turmoil described by a narrow victory for a man named

Nawrovsky to be president, never before a politician.

I understand an historian, but that's about the limits of what

I understand in this election. So I welcome Monica Suss, a professor at the Institute for Political

Studies, the Polish Academy of Sciences. Monica, a very good day to you, writing most recently

you did for Strategic Europe, which I read carefully.

I was struck by how the election of Karolnafrovsky has different flavors to the Polish

positions of the Donald Suss government.

And I want to go through them quickly.
