| 0:38.5 | Morton's neuroma. So when patients of you. Morton's enrolma. |
| 0:39.3 | So when patients present with the mortons aroma, |
| 0:42.2 | they typically describe a pain on the ball of the foot. |
| 0:45.9 | And usually between the third and fourth metatarsals. |
| 0:49.3 | So pain on the ball of the foot, the bottom of the forefoot, |
| 0:52.6 | and typically it's a burning sensation. |
| 0:55.0 | It's horrible. |
| 0:56.0 | There's a burning sensation and then it starts to affect two toes. |
| 1:01.0 | That's the classification. |
| 1:03.0 | So burning sensation of a ball of the foot affecting the third and fourth toe, sometimes the second and third, never really the fifth toe, never really the first toe. So burning |

| 1:19.2 | into the toes. How do you get that? Really, really good question. And there's a couple of |

| 1:29.9 | so you've got nerves obviously that come into the feet and between the third and fourth |
| 1:33.9 | metatarsal you've got like an interdigital thickening of that nerve and the |
| 1:38.5 | thickening it's it gets a little bit inflamed and swollen so I don't't like calling them Morton's neuromas or neuromas. |
