And then every now and again I just have an ache in my ankle.

Lots of people feel the same. I've had loads of messages from people. Dawn, I struggle with

weak ankles. When I ran a 20-mile race last year, my calves cramped up as well halfway through.

I now wear heel cups in lots of my trainers. And Tracy says, it's an awesome feeling when the

running stars all align, but I would love to know how to strengthen my ankles. I'm convinced my knee pain is due to weak ankles. So I suppose lots of things can be linked, but at the moment, let's talk. How do you get weak ankles? Perfect. So you get weak ankles by keep going over on your ankle. Okay. So for you,

you've got a bit of a wobbly ankle, haven't you? I know. So, yeah, Liam went, you've definitely

rolled it. And I was, I don't even remember when that would be. But you also rolled it recently

as well. So can you see how you do roll your ankle, but you almost forget right just move on you move on and deal

with it now the one thing i really want you to take away from today is is rolling your ankle is

incredibly important to look at and to manage and to treat and even if you've just rolled it a little
