Guys, I really appreciate your patience with the time it's taken for us to get our studio

reset back up.

We're supposedly hoping to have that done sometime later today.

It's always an interesting challenge, broadcasting live every day.

A lot of people on podcasts, what they do is they'll tape their podcast and then

what they'll do is they'll run it through a bunch of edits and they'll make, you know, that kind of

thing. And I don't want to do it that way. I want to have a real, you know, stream of conscious

conversation with you guys every single day so we can actually tell you what we're experiencing,

what we're seeing from our perspective as real estate coaches you what we're experiencing, what we're seeing from our

perspective as real estate coaches and what we're hearing from all of our coaching clients.

And if we go through this big, long edit process, it's just going to sound like some sort

of sanitized, you know, version of a podcast, which frankly, I listen to podcasts all the time.

I know a lot of you guys do too.

I always love the ones, even if they're a little, even if the audio quality isn't

as great as it normally should be, if you're listening to some sort of like, you know, NPR type
