I know for a fact that the reason this podcast is increasing the number of people that are listening every day

is because you are referring us to other agents in your marketplace, and I sincerely appreciate that.

I see on Facebook, I see different places where, you know, you guys will say,

you got to listen to this show, listen to that show.

It's great.

I really appreciate it.

It's amazing how the podcast, I don't even know how many years we've been doing it a lot,

and I think we have over 2,000 shows now.

But look, I mean, it's not unusual for us to have a, on the day we do the show, for us to have, you know, 10,000 is a low day, 30, 40,000 is on a high day.

And if you look at the cumulative listens of just one show, it could be over 50, 60,000.

Now, that's a tiny, tiny amount when you consider that there's, you know, basically two, supposedly two million real estate people in the United States alone,

but it's not a tiny amount when you consider the fact of all those two million people.

If you look at the statistics, there's less than 400,000 that are actually truly in production.

I'm giving you guys some interesting, wonkish numbers if you care.

So the penetration, this podcast numbers, if you care. So the penetration this podcast has achieved is astronomical in just pure, you know,

statistical perspective.

And I really appreciate it.

And I have to say it was never our intent to have a big, broad audience.
