Well, so with regards to headlines, the only thing that I would say is there's a lot of

headlines that start out very dramatic, like, you know, 8 million people protected

it from foreclosure or whatever, which kind of, a lot of the headlines make it sound like

there's 8 million people headed for foreclosure. Then you get deeper in the article and it talks

about all the stimulus and all of the, you know, the fact that nobody really wants a housing

crisis on top of everything else and

about halfway through most of these articles it turns pretty positive so if you are sucked into
