Today, as always, we're going to break the podcast into

three parts. We're going to be sharing with you some headlines, and there's one headline in

particular that Julie is looking forward to sharing with you. Then we're going to share with

you guys some information that maybe we've heard from our coaching clients from around the country,

and then we're going to provide you guys with some drilled down practical tactical

coaching information that is the pattern that we like to stick to in our podcasts and i'd say we are

successful at sticking to that pattern maybe 50% of the time with that said welcome to the podcast

julie yes thank you and it's always our plan to do that but we'll see where it. So best headline that I've seen with regards to housing in a while, U.S. housing starts surge over 22% in July. That's fantastic. So what is a U.S. housing start? That means new construction is roaring back.

And we love that as a solution to inventory problems, as a solution to buying and selling at the same time.

And just because it doesn't pop up in your MLS doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

So it is your job to find it, know where it is, know who's building what where, what price range, and with what perks, and then do something about it.
