Hi, my loves. All right. So I got such an incredible response yesterday from the post that I did about empaths and HSPs that I wanted to do like a little stream of consciousness, um, podcast here for you on empathic nature, on how to exist when you're an empath, on some common

experiences that we may have on narcissists relationships with empathic people. And please forgive,

I recorded this on my phone and I had just woken up, but I wanted to

get it out to you before I left town today. So I hope that you really take in the information

and it speaks to you and you enjoy. I definitely encourage you to, you know, really tap into your own experience if the word empath or

highly sensitive person speaks to you. And, you know, take what I say with a grain of salt.

This is me speaking about what I've experienced with relationships and my own sensitivity and all of the

things. So just tune in to what you feel. I hope that if anything, this gives you a really

lovely amount of, you know, connection and a feeling of being understood. That's why I wanted

to record this.

What is an empath?

An empath is a being who feels everything.

Social situations can become really, really challenging for people with empathic natures,

really harsh emotions. Anything that feels just abrasive, aggressive, violent, very negative, is just extremely hard for us.

Because the thing is, is that as an empath, we really hold and translate all of our experience through our feeling centers and our bodies.

And if you're an empath, you're often told like, oh gosh, you're just way too sensitive.

And it's interesting.

So I just recently started to realize i've been told that i've been too sensitive
