This is our Sunday podcast.

So as we do on every Sunday, we need to give out our Surgeon General's warning.

This is actually required by the federal government that before listening to Tim and Julie's Sunday podcast, you understand.

This is not the normal podcast.

No, it is not.

We're allowed to talk about whatever we want to talk about, even if it's frankly bizarre and leaves all of you thinking that we need some sort of mental help.

But it doesn't matter.

Sunday is supposed to be fun.

That's right.

Sunday is supposed to be about reflection and anticipation.

And that's what today's show is going to be.

Before we get to some of the things that Julie and I have set aside to share with you guys today, I want to welcome back my lovely co-hosts and wife of nearly 30 years.
