So we received, we've been receiving quite a few emails lately, and the gist of the emails have been,

that's really something we've been saying more and more of, and we're going to walk you through.

Actually, it's funny, Julie and I created this addendum back when we were selling real estate,

and because we obviously were, we've never sold real estate in a hot seller's market.

Julie and I only sold real estate in what would be called a normal market or, frankly, a

buyer's market.

And in those markets where, and again, many of you have never sold in a normal market,
