Coaching Radio. This is one of those days where I get to meet somebody new. I have a co-host,

and I am going to get to know her at the same time all of our listeners are. She and I were just chatting a little bit. Those of you guys have listened to the show for a long time, you know that when it comes to doing interviews, I don't like to do any prep because I want to self-discover about the personal right along with you as we get to know them. And it's always fascinating to me. when I meet somebody who I have an opportunity to get somebody on the podcast that's been in the industry for longer than Julie and I because there's not very many of them left. And I'm really honored and I'm pleased in just a little bit of time I spent prior to the start of the podcast today getting to know Suzanne Fuux. Did I say it right? That's right.

Oh, I got it right. Hoorah! And she is somebody who's been in the business for a long time,

and I absolutely adore the opportunity to learning her perspective on all the things that's transpired

in the real estate industry.

But also, I'm really excited to learn what she's focused on as far as what she thinks are the big opportunities moving forward in the industry.

So I'm going to ask you the first question that you didn't want to answer right away, just so people have perspective, okay? How long have you been in the – right? Let's just jump right into the deep end. How long have you been in the real estate industry? It's embarrassing. Why? 36 years. You know, I love it. I mean, I'm addicted to it.

It's because I could jump out of it.

I've made plenty of money.

I enjoy it.

But I have gone to three states.

I've been a broker in Texas, New Mexico, and now I'm in Arizona.

I keep moving west.

But why are you embarrassed? I'm curious. Seriously, what am I missing?
