Yes. October 18th.

Yeah, lots of interesting stuff to report on.

And it's been a very interesting week.

Our week, the first week back from our little vacation in North Carolina.

Yeah, so we're going to just throw out the normal Sunday warning.

This is not our normal Sunday podcast.

So if you just happen across this podcast podcast and this is the first time you've

listened to us and you get about 15, 20 minutes into it and you think we're loons, just remember,

the Sunday podcast is all about Julie and I just talking about whatever is of personal interest

to us. And we might occasionally sprinkle in some real estate stuff. I mean, we usually do

because that's obviously probably dominates 90% of

our cerebrum. But the reality of it is, is Sunday is unhinged, unscripted. We have some ideas

of what we're going to talk about, but it's not like a normal daily podcast. And I also want to

thank all of you for continuing to make our podcast, the number one listen to daily podcasts in the nation. I was going to say

for realtors, but the truth is, I know we're picking up a lot of general listenership in the

entrepreneurial, you know, realm. So that's great as well. And yeah, we have a lot of talk about.

And I was looking, I always, it's always fascinating to me to look at, see what the top, these are the top 10 most downloaded episodes.

And it's fascinating to me because it really does give us an insight, obviously, as to what you guys want to listen to.
