I had actually three of you suggest that we should rename the podcast, Harris Rules Radio.

I kind of like that, name it after our book.

But we're going to keep up with Real Estate Coaching Radio for now.

I also had another interesting set of emails come in recently where people were asking us to do podcasts and how to start a podcast, which I think is a fantastic idea, actually.

So I'm definitely going to use that idea.

You guys should all have your own podcasts.

Every one of you should have your own podcasts.

Podcasting as a medium for communication has already become, essentially, surpassed all other forms of media.

And I mean, literally, there's more people listening to podcasts every day than listen to all the news

stations that listen to any kind of NBC or CBS or Fox News or you know whatever your local

newspapers are none of those altogether have anywhere near the audience that a podcast or all the

podcasts in the world have so I want you know we're going to do do definitely a series of podcasts on how to start your own podcasting.

Julie, I think everyone would appreciate that.
