Yes, the adventure continues. Lots of interesting coaching calls all day long and more to come.

You know, I had, this is a good coaching day for me because I've got a lot of fantastic

agents from different parts of the country.

So I feel like I really have sort of a deep dive down the rabbit hole of what's really

going on on the front lines, you know?

Yeah, you guys got to remember the front, the headlines and news stories and all that

stuff about real estate in general.

That's looking at the past.
