Welcome back to Real Estate Coaching Radio. I have a very special guest today. We're doing an interview, and this is I just sharing with her.

These are sometimes my most fearsome, loathsome, and exciting podcasts because Shereen and I have

no prior relationship, and we've always spoken for probably 30 seconds, and it's always fun to sort

of self-discover and sort of get ahead of our skis talking about things because you never know

So tell them a little bit about where you sell, let's just give them basic information.

sent me ahead of time talking about your production. You've been, one of the things I was most

impressed with you about you, rather, is that you've been successful for a long period of time.

You've been selling a large, you know, multi-million dollars worth of property, tens of

million of property for years and years.

You're one of the most successful agents in Portland.
