Hey, welcome back. So I just had an interesting call, and Ron, I suspect you're listening,

so your call is on my mind. And Julie and I were just talking about this prior to the podcast.

And we get a lot of, you know, this guy's a, Ron is a coaching member, he's in

premier coaching, podcast listener, really, really nice guy, exceptionally smart, came from a professional

background, 60 years old, just really an impressive work history,

came into real estate as a second career, maybe even a third career.

So he and I were having this conversation.

He was talking about how to compete in his marketplace and just, you know, what his competition

is doing and this lady who is in his marketplace.
