Gentlemen, I think we can agree that the past two weeks, or coming on two weeks,

have been quite the worldwind in Chapel Hill, surrounding Mack Brown's hire, the return of the Mac, as folks are calling it, in Chapel Hill surrounding Mac Brown's higher the return of the Mac

as folks are calling it to Chapel Hill and Greg I want to start the podcast by sort of describing

my Friday night because I know for you for Buck and Ben and everybody in South Carolina has been

ridiculously hectic over the past three days,

two or three days, but Friday night, and I think most folks have office parties around this

time of year.

And texts came through that Carolina had come to agreement with an offensive coordinator

and a defensive coordinator

and told a couple people that are diehard inside Carolina members, die hard Carolina fans,

and they were very excited and then almost immediately saw a tweet by Bruce Feldman

that said not so fast on Graham Harold. And then it kind of spun from there.

Greg, talk to us, tell our listeners about the process and the facts behind the stories coming

out, and then we can go into detail about what happened afterwards. Well, I think we have to start at the beginning,

and that's when, you know, as soon as Mac Brown was chosen to lead North Carolina's program,

which was the, basically it was the Sunday night after the NC State game.
