forever. Michelle McClintock.

Michelle is widely, I think, believed to be seen as the nation's number one short sale expert.

She's been an integral part of our coaching program for just forever.

And she was one of the architects of our short sale program back in 07 through 09.

And since then, she's gone on to do, I don't even know how many will ask her here in a second, thousands, if not tens of thousands of short sales.

We're going to be digging down into and drilling down into short sales as relates to this new market.

The short sale information that a lot of you guys had from back in the 07 through

09 phase, and I know some of you don't even know what a short sale is, and you don't even know

what, you know, essentially how to do a short sale. We're going to be touching on that on this show as well.
