So Godfrey, this was maybe the most offensively starved year that I can remember just in terms of the games I was watching and the points that were not scored.

So Saturday was just a delight. I was actually pretty shocked that there was a level of entertainment to what pretty much all of them.

I didn't get to watch them all back to back like a normal proper Saturday but pretty strong I I did

exactly what ESPAN expects you to do during the Ohio Appalachian State with I guess that was the

Camilia so I had that on my wife told me we're gonna have some people over kind

of last minute just for some drinks for about an hour and a half at our

home very much a sort of holiday vibe and I put the game on to have that like

fallback conversation topic with with people that that's that's why these these bowls exist is because you're going to be in a house with folks and

you just have football on is this like you know it's almost like an aerosol

narcotic it just makes everyone a little calmer in the environment.

And really Ohio Appalachian State was perfect for that exact purpose because there were really only about eight interesting minutes in the whole game.

They just happened at the end of both halves and the rest of the game was mostly kind of

ignorable so that worked pretty well.

Holy War was more fun than we probably didn't then we gave it credit for.

Yeah so well yeah I mean I completely ignored the middle two quarters and then started paying

attention again just in case in the fourth.

So, man, like that's, it was such a weird thing like the combination of luck and just horrific body

language on the part of BYU there at the very start as soon as something

went wrong it took them so long to recover but then at the same time it was you know tipped interception tipped interception

So it was kind of bad luck and bad preparation kind of merging together at the beginning there

Somewhere I intercepted people discussing Bronco Minnenhall's ability to coach against Justin Fuente

and other coaches that he'll be squaring off against the ACC and you know I guess we're going to say it every week.
