and all the dog did something funny and then I have just sort of the friend

wall built into that for privacy concerns you can now follow me on Instagram at 38 Godfrey.

All social media is trash bill it's awful it is well I thought that was the point of

Instagram was to post picks of your kid what am I supposed to be doing other than

that I'm I'm just following some marketing initiative here.

My point is this, it's all garbage except for one thing.

It sure as hell not the terrible political things

that your relatives mentioned on

on Facebook it is Mike the Tiger. Everything else is garbage okay

because I have this centering moment usually in the mornings when I check the

Instagram I do it in in in a knee jerk masteratory fashion it's become this

terrible tick of checking Instagram too much I have no idea why I don't follow that many people

but you follow me and I appreciate it sure there's Mike the tiger and there's Mike the tiger hanging out

in his awesome habitat and bad merge.

And you know what?

Whatever terrible ass day that you've had, whatever stupid trifling concern that we carry
