0:26.0	And today I'm beginning a series of podcast from the 2024 Palenque Norte lectures that were held at the Burning Man Festival in August of this year, which is 2024 in case you're listening to this podcast in the
0:39.9	future. Now, for those who may be keeping track of this lecture series, this was actually the
0:45.7	22nd year of Palenque Norte. My wife and I began this series at the 2003 Burning Man Festival,
0:53.7	and after a few times hosting it ourselves, a big cast of
0:57.5	volunteers has come along to keep it going.
1:00.5	Lately, the weight of the lecture series has fallen on Frank Nusio, who has been organizing and
1:06.4	recording these lectures for the past many years.
1:09.4	Without Frank and his helpers, well, this series would have faded into the plies dust long ago.
1:14.6	So a huge thank you to Frank Nusho and all of the wonderful people at Camp Soft Landing,
1:20.6	without whom, again, these talks wouldn't have happened.
