| 3:52.0 | Usually I'm hanging around my house taking a break every now and then as I'm recording to go grab a snack from the refrigerator or to help take care of little babies that are running around my home. However I did snap a picture of myself recording the podcast today. |

| 4:34.0 | Now before we get into the listener Q&A I did want to mention that the woman who I was helping lose weight via online consulting who I've mentioned a few times in this podcast. |
| 4:48.0 | She actually just finished her HCG diet for fat loss and I've explained it a couple times what that is but essentially it's it's a daily injection of something called human corjana conatotropin that she receives. I work with her physician to get her a prescription for it and I actually have five or six women right now although men can take it but five or six women across the country right now doing this program and she just finished. |
| 5:17.0 | And what ended up happening was she started the program at a weight of 216.6 I remember when she when she first started out with me she was at 225 had been having a very difficult time losing weight so we got it out of 216.6 and then started into the HCG fat loss protocol and over 40 days she lost an average of 0.7 pounds a day. |
| 5:43.0 | And for those of you who have ever tried to lose weight that's pretty significant she dropped from 216.6 down to 191.2 following the special diet and the daily injection and you can actually get it also as a nasal spray if you don't like injections and all of her circumference measurements that I was having her take on a daily basis were down significantly she lost several inches all across her body. |
| 6:10.0 | So I wanted to say congratulations to Farah for that 0.7 pound of fat loss over 40 days which is significant but I wanted to mention that I'm going to actually start up a local group that I will support through this 40 day program in the Spokane or Cornelain area. |
