Yeah, I'm good. I want to, I'm going to see you in like three days. I know. Actually,

you've already seen me today. Well, I'm going to see. I haven't seen you.

No, I mean, in person, because this episode, you will have left already, I think, by the time this comes out. Yeah, that's true. We should start when we record them, just act like whatever we think is going to happen has already happened. Well, my brother and I do that. Like, dude, I loved your visit. That was so much fun. It was cool finally getting to watch Lash and Lajal Hikins We should, and parenthood, too. That was awesome.

I remember, like, back when we were living in Africa, well, we weren't living in Africa at the same time, but we both lived there. And I remember someone sent me a cassette tape. Somebody made a tape of like, I think it was John Wang of like, hey, he had a little tape recorder and he was going around the church and the church office where we used to work. And he was like, hey, say hi to Jason.

I'm going to send this to Jason over in Africa until people were like saying hi to me.

I remember Marks. quarter and he was going around the church in the church office where we used to work and he was like hey say hi to jason i'm going to send this to jason over in africa and so people were like saying hi to me and remember mark schaefer was like hey i'm going to pray for that that that series of teachings you're going to do in that village and then someone says to him you know oh that happened already right and he's like oh well i'm going to pray for it anyway so that it will have gone better you know And it did. Right. Right. And he's like, oh, well, I'm going to pray for it anyway so that it will have gone better, you know, than it did. Right. Right. Yeah. My brother and I'll do that, though, like, I'll write him and I'll say, what time are you coming over? But then he won't see it. He'll just come over, and then he'll get home and see it, and he'll respond and be like, I already was just over there.

Like, why would I come over again?

That's funny. Yeah, you'll be up here in a couple days. Stoked.

Yeah, totally. And I'm coming straight from my cardiology appointment to see you.

Yeah, because you have a bone to pick, as they say, with your cardiologist.

Yeah, I was telling somebody today, it may have been Sky, I don't remember, but I think I was just saying, like, I'm going to see how the appointment goes. I'm not going to go all in, just guns

blasting, you know, I'm going to go in and just, if he doesn't even remember any of it and is like, uh, yeah, you know, everything is good. They'll talk to you later. Then I'm just going to let it go because I just don't want to be the person that comes in and tries to pick a fight. But if he comes in and even if he comes in and goes, yeah, look

at your test and everything looks great. So no worries. I think even then still I'll let it go.

Yeah, because what happened was, correct me if I get any details wrong. But Christian went in like six

months ago for a cardiology appointment. They're telling him he's got all this clogged carotid artery.

It's blocked and he needs a statin.

And Christian was like, yo, let me just like try to fix this by diet and exercise and lifestyle.

And they're like, oh, no, no, no, no, no. The only way to fix it is to buy this, you know,

special thing. And so you didn't do it. You thought about it, maybe tried one, then said, no, I'm going to try to fix this with, like, actual health.

Lifestyle changes, yeah.
