Well, today I'm going to talk about something that has helped me so much and it's something

I decided that this is something we need to talk about and that is tips to stop fight

before they begin.

So if you know there's going to be a situation that could potentially land up as an argument

or in a fight, whether it's a high level one or a low level one whatever on a continuum.

So think about maybe with a partner in relationship with maybe a friend, maybe a business colleague,

maybe a family member or a whole family or a, you know, like holidays or a classic time

when people get into fights and if you know there's going to be fights, you know, there's

some tips for that too.

Maybe a business discussion, maybe these are really heated things going on in your business

and there's a lot of disagreement around the concepts you know the fights going to happen.

And so you know, these are the kinds of situations potentially that you can identify your own

or series of situations where you just know there's going to be a fight of some sort.

Okay, so first thing, approach the conflicts with curiosity.

Ask yourself what's behind the anger that is maybe in you, maybe in one other person,

maybe in a multiple of other people, maybe in everyone in a situation or maybe in one or

two, but whether it's in you, another person or everyone or two or three people out of

a group or something, because emotions are contagious and because emotions are coming
