0:24.1	in the same world of trying to help people understand the mind, brain, body,
0:28.6	health connection, the whole psychonurobiology and you have just done a vast amount of research
0:35.0	and so it's skilled in this. But before we dive into that, can you just share, I have a lot of
0:40.2	people do know you but for those that don't know, you just share a little bit about your background
0:43.4	because your story is lovely. I love your story and how transformed you and a transformed so many
0:48.6	people, really impacted me. And you know, the mental health aspect too, if you can just throw a bit of that in.
0:53.9	Of course, yeah. I mean, you know, I really happened upon the route and I've shared this with you
0:58.3	many times and your work really is the most important aspect of health. You know, really understanding
1:04.8	the mind, everything springs from that. And so I stumbled into it that understanding because I was
1:10.0	doing much like a lot of people trying to treat the symptoms, trying to treat the actions
1:14.5	without really understanding what was happening beneath the surface. And for me, I grew up in a very,
1:19.7	I actually grew up in two very different environments. For one phase of my life, when I really
1:24.9	came online and was conscious, like I can remember a lot since this point was between the age of,
1:30.8	you know, kindergarten age to second grade, I live with my grandmother. And this was a very safe
1:36.6	environment, very structured, very loving, she created magic. You know, she made a big deal of me.
