Well let me tell you that this little shitsu puppy and his little girlfriend, Nala, are

one of my favorite tips and I'm going to tell you how just touching a pet what it does

So I want to talk about de-escalating emotions and give you six tips that have worked for

Now we all of a high stress life so it's not just me that's living a high stress life,

it is our life is busy and stress is good for us but we've got to know how to make it

work for us and I know you've put me say this before but if you haven't let me quickly

remind you that the stress system which is controlled by the HPA axis in the brain and

the body is actually there to help us to be very focused and alert and tapping into our

inner wisdom and being able to do things in an efficient way.
