Well, 2022 is here and I actually can't believe it.

I keep thinking it's 2020 and I'm sure we all do that kind of thing.

But it's here and everyone's doing detoxes and detoxing their bodies.

But you know what, if you don't get your mind right, all those detoxes won't be sustainable.

So the healthy diet plan, the health healthy eating plan, the healthy exercise plan, all

If you don't actually get your mind right, your mind drives that process.

So do using your mind to make the decision to do the detoxes but your mind has to be managed

in order to make those detoxes work and it be effective in your life.
