Dude, I was just coming down the stairs with to start recording the podcast.

And I had put, I'd come down and like turn on the light to the basement and open the

door, set up the computer, gone back upstairs, made my drinks.

And I'm coming back down with the drinks.

And do you ever do something that's just so out of habit,

that it's so out of habit that you're doing,

but it doesn't make any sense to why you're doing it.

It's just you do it all the time.

My thing, my thing this time was I was at the top of the stairs.

I turned around, I shut the door.

I've got my shot in one hand, a drink in the other,

and I'm reaching for the light switch, which is on

already, and I'm looking down at the basement and seeing it light down there. And I reach over

and flip the light switch to off. And suddenly it's dark. It's like my brain was it working

completely. And suddenly the light goes off and I'm like what the fuck

that's dark now it's dark and I can't see down the stairs what was I thinking and I'm like I did

it and I flipped it back up and I'm like wow is that where senility starts or is it Alzheimer's

or dementia or is that like a normal thing people do where you're so in the habit of changing the

light switch from one from top to bottom or bottom to top that you just do it out of habit?

Well, what annoys me is like all my life, my habit has been I park my car and I get out of it

and I reach into my pocket where the fob is and just without looking,

I just lock it, you know?
