we've kind of put a Tim and Julie spin on this concept they're about to share with you. But at the

end of the day, it is a very powerful way to clarify what your intentions are, especially this time of year rolling into 2020.

So drill down on what we're about to

tell you. Julie has got a really, I think, elegant outline written for all of this. But as you

prepare for 2020, the main thing that you guys have to be doing now is creating your business

plan. You've got to get that done. I know it's a bad habit. I'll tell you the two sins that agents do when they are creating their business plan is, number

one, they do a half-ass job of it.

In other words, it's just some sort of half-ass job of stating what your goals are.

Matter of fact, that's what 99% of the – here, ask yourself, the business plan you did last year when you attended that motivational

seminar or whatever, did you even look at it again?

You didn't because it had no value.
