BK Actual. And it is 1241 p.m. here on a Saturday as we begin. And what am I going to begin with?

Well, we had tumultuous political news this week. And surprisingly, maybe to some of you, I am not going to start with Donald Trump.

I'm going to get to him later.

But I am going to start with, in my eyes, is something far more serious.

And this is the indictment of San Diego Congressman Duncan Hunter.

And this is a big deal.

This is not something he's going to get out of easily,

and it cannot be explained away by simple mismanagement. A lot of bad stuff. And what happened?

Well, Representative Duncan Hunter, who is a Republican out here in Southern California,

and his wife, Margaret Hunter, were indicted on on Tuesday and they are being accused of spending

more than $250,000 in campaign funds on personal expenses, including a vacation to Italy, family

dental bills and plane tickets for a pet and then to top it off lying about it to the federal election commission.

Now this is a 48 page indictment. It was handed down here in San Diego by a federal grand jury

and it is alleging a pattern of illegal behavior between 2009 and 2016 and makes Mr. Hunter, who is 41 years old, the second Republican

member of Congress to be indicted on corruption charges this month. Recall, the other one,
