Hello, Jen here to tell you about this week's episode of The Sunday Chops,

in which I chat to Sophie Gallagher, Deputy Features Editor at I,

and also of new book How Men Can Help a Guide to Undering Harm and Being a Better Allie,

which is aimed at getting men to better understand the gendered problem of male violence against women.

I chat to Sophie about what she hopes to achieve with the book,

why she felt it necessary to write it, and well, how men can help.

A little bit of admin here, Sophie and I are talking in this episode about violence against women,

including sexual violence.
