Well, you guys, it's the Friday before Labor Day and we just decided that we did not want

a labor today. We're going to take an extra day.

Yeah, we're taking an extra day having an extra long weekend because this podcast truly

has become about a little finding balance in life I would say like you know like for me

I have talked so openly about like working so much that I had a breakdown you talk about that too and so we really
