Welcome to Monday's episode.

So for the next few weeks, we are going to tap into something that's been really at the

forefront of my mind over the last couple of weeks, and I think we'll continue to be

throughout July, it's plastic. So July is plastic-free July, and that's a movement

that has been gaining momentum, I guess, over the past few years as people start to realize

the impact that single-use plastic is having on the environment. And for those playing at home,

we actually did plastic-free July last year when we were doing our

experiments, but it wasn't an actual experiment. We just did it in the safety of our own home

because we didn't want to, well, we would, to be perfectly honest with you, we just weren't

sure whether we could do it or not.

Yeah, I found it actually quite overwhelming, to be honest.

Same.

And we went into it saying, let's just see how much plastic we can cut back, which is a great aim.

But I feel like we didn't have a plan.

And I feel like we weren't prepared.
