episode 171 where the delightful Brooke speaks to the wonderful Rebecca Sullivan. Oh, that's nice. Tell me about Rebecca.

Rebecca is awesome. Yeah. You were really chuffed after this. I was. I came out with a big

grin on my face and said that was brilliant. Yep. Rebecca is one of my people. Yeah. I think you said.

I did. That's a bit embarrassing if she's listening, but I basically

Instagram stalked her immediately after talking to her, so I think she knows that I'm a weirder.

But I just, I loved it. I thought that I knew what we were going to talk about, and I was excited

by that, but then we had this conversation that was so much deeper and so much more wide-ranging than I expected. And man, this is a woman who is doing really, really cool stuff, really important stuff. And she's just, I just loved her. So she's written a book. She has. It's a second book, yeah. It's all about granny skills, basically. Yeah, so she wrote...

In and around the house.

That's right.

So Rebecca is a founder, really, of the granny skills movement, which is, like, it's

a cute name for something that's really important.

It's protecting traditions and connections to past generations that had skills that we

simply don't have in our generation anymore unless we've

got people like Rebecca who are working to keep them alive.

Yeah.

So Rebecca has done some phenomenal things around that, including getting grannies to work in high

schools with kids, teaching them home-meck skills and stuff like that.

And also granddad's as well in teaching, we're working and things. We speak about that program a bit in our

conversation. But also in terms of food and in terms of the home skills that we have, we really

have lost connection to all of those things because of, in large
