Welcome back to another episode of the talk. Today we're going to finally finish up with the things that we have changed in our lives because of the potter and we are talking about the things we have changed in our environment.

0:12.0

So, okay, I have to say something.

0:15.4

We came out with this episode with Chezmi Acdis.

0:19.4

And it was all about basically autoimmune disorders and how things in your environment

0:25.1

might be worsening your autoimmune disorder or might be increasing the chances of

0:28.2

you getting one basically. And it is crazy because I remember it was the audio was a little difficult to hear in

0:36.1

certain places there was a construction going on in the background or something I don't remember

So I don't know what that's a reflection of, but I'll say for myself as well,

1:11.7

it was a gigantic wake-up call.

1:14.0

So maybe what we're hearing from people and a lot of people writing in

1:18.3

is a reaction to the potential harms in the environment and the, oh I don't know, the indignation of like being done to.

1:27.0

In other words like, all right, it's my choice whether I lift weights tonight.

1:31.8

It's my choice whether I run, you know,

1:34.3

we could go on about sleep, we could go on about,

1:37.3

you know, taking the time to reach out to a loved one or a friend,

1:41.0

etc.
