Of course. So I think maybe should we start with you summer and last time we talked at least

in the world of Epic Gardening, it may have been the YouTube channel we the YouTube video

we did or the Timberland thing that we did a while ago. It's been a while. It's been a while.

You've been up to a lot. So what's kind of new with you? I think the newest thing is that my friends and I

went in on a communal property together in the Finger Lakes of New York, which is you

intimated and it's fun. It's a really big chunk of land and we're really getting stuck

into it and have a lot of different plans for it. It used to be an old nursery actually.

So I've been having fun going through the landscape and finding nursery

escapees and some really interesting horticultural varieties planted in the landscape

and had this dream of actually planting some bulbs and it was just really fortuitous

because I mean, that's why we're here today. Peggy Ann had, you know, mentioned this idea

and I was game for it. So we're excited to share. Right. Right. So Peggy, this idea

of a Stins and Garden, I don't I don't know what it is. It sounds interesting. I'm always

interested in learning sort of different methods of growing. So do you mind just
