Matthew chapter 9, starting in verse 35.

This was the Bible verse that I gave last week on Vision Sunday.

We're going to continue to anchor on it over the next four weeks leading up to December 8th.

This is what the scripture says, that Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom,

and healing every disease and every affliction. And when he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them

because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

Then he said to his disciples, the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.

Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.

Looking at this last verse, verse 37, out of the message translation, this is where we get our vision

statement. What a huge harvest, he said to his disciples. How few workers on your knees and pray

for harvest hands. Someone say harvest hands. That's what we're praying for here at Voo Church. And today, I want to

take a few moments as I kind of continue in this conversation. And I want to preach a message entitled

Planted Potential. Planted Potential. And would you pray with me, Lord, we thank you so much for your

word. God, we thank you so much, Lord,

that it speaks to us. God, I pray that everyone that's at your church today, Lord, would be ministered to.

God, have your way in this place. We love you. We glorify you. It's in Jesus's name. Everybody said.
