Today we're talking about this phrase, Pete, plant the weeds you want.

And again, you know, New Gardner says that doesn't make any sense.

Why would I, why would I plant any weeds at all?

And so what exactly do you mean there?

Well, by that Kevin, I mean, you know, if we plant the weeds we want or we're going to get the

weeds we don't want, you know. So very specifically, I guess the first thing I want to touch on is

planting density. You know, I get clients all the time that have watched my videos

that you know don't have the money to pay us to come out and convert their backyard,

but they want to do it on their own.

And they go and they rip all the grass out of the backyard and they buy four fruit trees,

four support plants, you know, and they cover the whole trees, four support plants,

you know, and they cover the whole backyard and mulch.

Well, what happens two months later?

You know, the weeds start coming in.

They start filling all the voids.

They start filling all the gaps.
