0:06.0	who is running to be the next county executive
0:08.3	in Baltimore County, Maryland.
0:10.0	Even though we have a $3.5 billion budget,
0:12.4	we had one budget hearing that no one attended.
0:14.8	And so it was county executive.
0:16.0	I want to take the budget to the people we serve,
0:17.9	so they can meaningfully understand how we're spending money
0:20.8	and to listen to their feedback about how to participate.
