Marianne will be chatting with someone who many of us view as a vegan pioneer and a vegan hero, Dr. Milton Mills. Dr. Mills has been one of the most

prolific and widely known speakers on behalf of a plant-based diet, both for health and for the

animals. I am so happy to have him on our henhouse. He is just such a brilliant mind. This is a great interview.

And he was very generous with his time. And also the bonus was terrific. There's all the

information. He has loads of information to impart, but it's very emotional. I just loved

this interview. I hope everybody does.

We had launched with it randomly, like maybe last fall. It was after we were at a funeral,

the same funeral, and it was a few of us with Victoria Moran. And I was a little, like,

nervous because it's Milton Mills. And I've always looked up to and it's it's always nerve-wrecking when I meet someone who I've looked up to and he is even more wonderful

like even more wonderful in person than I could have possibly imagined and he's got a great

personality very easy to talk to you're really in for a treat with

this. Before we get to that interview, we were both on this radio show last week called

Connections on WXXXI. And we talked about your appearance on the podcast last week, I think.

And it was really an interesting opportunity

because you were on to talk about

the California proposition

and I was on to talk about

being a climate migrant.
