And this is Marianne.

And this week, Marian will be chatting with Kate Nash, who is the star of a new movie called Coffee Wars that is currently streaming online. And it's very

funny. It's reaching a mainstream audience. And it's all about animal rights and veganism. That's

amazing. It's not every day that you hear about that. I know how much you loved speaking with her.

And it is really incredible that this movie is out there.

And everyone needs to go see Coffee Wars.

Yeah, especially everyone who's not listening to this podcast really needs to see it.

But everybody who's listening to the podcast should probably go see it too.

It's really charming.

I mean, it's a very light movie.

This isn't like serious drama. But, you know, how often do we get light movies made by animal rights veganism? And I just thought it was a joy. And I thought she was a joy. She was just a lovely, lovely person. And I love talking to her. There are some, I should mention, there are some animals used in the film. We talked about that a little bit, but not completely.

So if that's something that really puts you off, that's just a heads-up.

Yeah, that's unfortunate.

I hope that the point of the film can override that for,

not that it would make it a non-issue,

but maybe we can also at the same time just say, wow,

this is so frigging cool. I'm so excited about this. Don't let the perfect be the anime.

But if you know, but like I have no problem with anybody having a position on things.

But yeah, it's hard to find anything that you think is absolutely perfectly representing your own thoughts.

And to some extent, this movie was perfectly representing my own thoughts, but there were a few things about animals.
