It's good, vibes are good. We got a fun stuff today. Veggie awards have been released. I'm sure everyone's wondering if their vote that they cast for Plant-based Morning Show paid off.

I'm not going to give any hints, whether made it or didn't and but we'll see we'll get to that in a minute

Also got this thing we talked about yesterday is this there's a new book out. I think it's called the anxious

the anxious generation and There's a new book out, I think it's called The Anxious Generation, and it is about the idea, the claim that social media is making children unhappy and that is the main primary cause for that.

But there are some objections.

There are people who do not agree with that at all.

And science comes out on an interesting side.

So we'll get into that in a bit.

In the meantime, Doug, how are things going to that so you got your artisan

mug there is that acquired from the Black Mountain Farmers market no this was a

gift uh from the Black Mountain Farmers market now this was a gift from from my dad. I think it's from Louisville.

Very nice, Louisville. Louisville will be featured later in the Vege News Awards, the

Veggie Awards. The award has alluded me throughout my 15 year career now.
