episode title that's always a good move by me but today what we got is eight under and

overrated health food we all know health food isn't always healthy in this case

I'm typing the title in.

Gotta say, some of these came as a bit of a surprise for me, but others, I'm just excited to talk about how overrated they are. Yeah, very true. That's kind of what we do all the time actually. It seemed like a

fitting topic for the day. All right, let's see. I had my son's birthday yesterday. We made at his request a

vegan vodka sauce for pasta. He we've only had that one time at home like a year ago and he loved it. He just calls it to the orange sauce because you puree the tomatoes so they kind of get really orange.

I had to go to the liquor store to buy some vodka, used a whole cup of vodka in the recipe which was a lot I thought I was

going there and get a little airplane bottle yeah that's what I had and then I

Googled the recipe while I was in the store and the guy was like what are you doing this well I'm trying to find

this and he said oh here, here, use this amount.

Get this thing and it was only $4 for a little cup of vodka.

So it's good.

So not the high quality stuff, I guess.

Well, I didn't really know how good or bad it was.

I said, don't give me the worst stuff, but doesn't have to be good.

But it looked like a nice bottle, like good marketing.
