But yeah, happy birthday to my son Holden who turns 14 today.

Fourteen.

That's old man.

That's really old.

Somehow 13 didn't hit me like like

14. The team just is like serious teenager now.

Yeah, yeah, it's crazy.

I was looking at his learners permit next year.

He'll, uh, you can go into PJ 13 movies without an adult.

Oh man, big time.

I mean, couldn't he have already done that last year though?

I don't know what else

happened at 14 I mean that's like a legit teenager you know yeah 13

13 I was like borderline preteen. 14 is like

teenager. Yeah, it's funny he and I and no meat athlete existed when he when he was born.

It was about a year old, which may realize we missed the 15th anniversary of no Mead Athlete. That was like a month ago.

But I remember, I remember Leo from Zen Habits.

He was, I remember he turned 40 when I was like maybe a year into doing Nomied athlete and I was like that is so old like like why like why even want to keep living and like blogging then like what's the point of doing anything once you're that old, how could that be fun to do anything?
