Summary

Never under-estimate the power of kindness to help someone make it through. A vase of flowers, an email, a cup of tea or coffee, a candle, a short visit, a cleaned house, all of these can shift the mood and place of emotional havoc to one of "I think I can make it."

I hope you enjoy our chat today and prepare a place and a time of kindness for yourself or someone you love.

I know it's been a quick visit but it's been rich. It's been so much fun. Well, I have to

1:18.5

tell you and I wonder if all of you feel this way sometimes. I am so used to working and

taking care of people and being beautiful and putting my head down and going one day

1:29.8

to time and of course I've been with sweet Sarah and her babies and jumped on a train in

1:36.1

the midst of a, it was still left over storm yesterday. Yes, it was. Crazy day. I thought

1:41.6

of Piglet and it was blowing away. But so I didn't know that I was a little bit depleted

1:49.8

and so Shelley was kind enough to meet me at Victoria Station because even though she's

1:57.1

lived here for a while and I have been in and out of England so many times, sometimes

2:01.8

it's still hard to figure out where apartments are, what part of town, which thing is to

2:07.6

take. And so she met me at the train station and we immediately went to this amazing place

2:16.5

and I kind of want to tell them a little bit about our experience yesterday because I love

2:21.9

the fact that your precious friends opened themselves to us. So tell us, how did you meet,
