Welcome to yet another thrilling edition of Plank of the Week. It's me, Mike Graham. I'm here with Dawn Nesham and Kevin O'Sullivan, two very long-suffering members of the panel here who have been in this studio with me for the last two weeks to no avail. Effectively, for the last two weeks, we've had technical issues which can only be described as completely and utterly avoidable, which we haven't been able to prevent.

However, what we're hoping is that we fixed those particular issues.

You might have seen last weekend that we put out a sort of a video explaining how things went so badly wrong, which was that two weeks ago, Plank of the Week, disappeared in the last

10 minutes, so we couldn't put it out.

Last week, we filmed it, but we forgot to record the actual audio.

So that's quite an important part of the production process, right?

So all I'm going to say to you is this, and this is what I said at the beginning of last week's show.

We did have a winner in the first week.

It was Merseyside Police for that totally and utterly ludicrous post that they put out saying that, you know, causing offence was an offence when it turned out that it wasn't actually an offence and they had to withdraw and do all that. Last week, believe it or not, and I think they might make something of it this week as well. Harry and Megan were the planks of the week last week. However, what I'm going to do now is what I did last week,

which is to rescind both of those plankery awards and award this to the talk radio television technical team,

with absolutely no offense caused, none intended. I'm not going to name anybody. I'm not going to put it in anybody's particular lap, but I am going to say that surely

after two weeks of failing to produce a publishable edition of Plank of the Week, it has to go to the

technical team at Talk Radio. Well done, guys. So now it's time for this week's Plank of the Week.

And we've got plenty of contenders. And as you can see, we've been doing this now for so long that Dawn cannot contain herself. I better give you some time to kind of calm yourself down. She's honestly hysterics, ladies and gentlemen, because we're trying to make sure that this all works. It's just very excited about the prospect of sound this week. Well, yeah, we're really, we're really looking forward to. but I tell you what, I mean, what we did last

week, I thought, was a pretty good salvaging job of what we had. And I'm sorry for those of you

who've been missing the show, but hopefully it's back to normal now. Let's kick off Kevin while
