Hi, my name is Catherine Price and welcome to Radio Headspace and your Friday morning.

So hopefully by now your convince that fun is important, both for your happiness and

for your health.

Today, I want to talk to you about how we can turn fun from an abstract concept into

something we can actually plan for.

Because it's one thing to say, okay, Catherine, you convince me fun is important.

But it's another thing to know what to do with that information, how to turn it into something

that you actually experience instead of something you just talk about.

So we got to plan for it and I know that sounds weird.

How can you plan for fun that seems impossible?

So the solution is to identify what I refer to as your fun magnets.

And that's what we're going to talk about today.

So I would argue that the definition of fun is universal.

But we each find true fun.

In other words, we each find playful connected flow in different ways.
