0:08.0	My name is Eric Dornberg.
0:10.0	I am head of technology at ThoughtWorks, which means that I am still involved with our customer
0:14.0	projects, so I still write code at least on a weekly level, but at the same time I'm involved in the strategy that we have,
0:20.0	especially from a technology perspective.
0:22.0	And I am now what could be called the product manager for the pixelated project.

0:35.8	That's where I spend most of my time.
0:38.2	The other thing I'm currently working on within ThoughtWorks
0:40.9	is all around the topic of security.

0:49.3	as we're not earning any money with pixelated,
0:53.2	why did we start that project? I guess if you've heard
0:57.9	anything about ThoughtWorks, you've realized that ThoughtWorks is not a completely regular company.
1:04.3	We have three pillars of our business and one of them is obviously to run a sustainable business,
1:08.6	but we are also interested in, on the one hand,
1:11.6	championing software excellence, and on the other hand to promoting a socially and economically
